• 2oz E11EVEN VODKA
• 0.5oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 0.75oz Greek Guava Puree
• 0.5oz Fresh Lemon
• 0.5oz Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
• Manchego Cheese for Garnish
Directions
• Shake E11EVEN Vodka, puree, lemon, simple syrup, and bitters with ice
• Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass
• Pour raspberry liqueur over top
• Garnish with a manchego cheese flag or crispy pastry
