β’ 1.5 oz E11EVEN Vodka
β’ 4 cucumber slices
β’ .5 oz Balsamic vinegar
β’ .25 oz Simple syrup
β’ 2oz Bold Ginger Ale
β’ Garnish: Cucumber wheel, Cracked black peppercorn
Directions
β’ Muddle cucumber slices into the vodka in a shaker
β’ Add Balsamic vinegar, Simple syrup, and ice
β’ Shake for 10 seconds
β’ Top with Bold Ginger Ale
β’ Strain into a rocks glass with ice
β’ Garnish with a cucumber wheel and a dash of cracked black peppercorn
