β’ 0.75oz Greek Guava Puree
β’ 0.5oz Fresh Lemon
β’ 0.5oz Simple Syrup
β’ 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
β’ Manchego Cheese for Garnish
Directions
β’ Shake E11EVEN Vodka, puree, lemon, simple syrup, and bitters with ice
β’ Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass
β’ Pour raspberry liqueur over top
β’ Garnish with a manchego cheese flag or crispy pastry
