MIAMI SUNSET
Recipe
• 1.5oz E11EVEN Vodka
• 1oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
• .5oz Lemon Juice
• .5oz Demerara Syrup
• 8 blueberries
• Top with prosecco
• Garnish: Blueberries, Rosemary sprig
Directions
• Add vodka and 8 Blueberries to a shaker and muddle
• Add Passion Fruit Liqueur, Lemon Juice, and Demerara Syrup (100g water/100g Sugar) to the shaker with ice
• Double strain into a double Old-fashioned glass with 1 large cube
• Fill with prosecco
• Dunk cube with barspoon to gently mix
• Garnish with Rosemary sprig and Blueberries
