E11EVEN Vodka is a super-premium, highly-purified distilled spirit produced from corn. As a result, it begins with a rounded sweetness. Because it is produced in a magnificent copper still it is noticeable clean, without any trace of sour. There are subtle notes of citrus peels, cacao nibs; traces of vanilla and cracked peppercorns are teased. A secret process of hand filtration softens the pallet, leaving a warm, graceful finish which is uncommonly long for the Vodka category and belies its full 80-proof strength.
