With these elegant cocktails, the characters have inspired some creative sips. Whether you choose based on personality or flavor or prefer to try them all and then decide, it can be a fun way to change out a new drink for each episode.
Carrie: It’s E11EVEN (TINI)
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of E11EVEN Vodka
- 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce of simple syrup
- champagne on top
- sugar to dust

- Dust the edge of a chilled martini glass with sugar. In a shaker mix all ingredients and shake for 10 seconds then strain into a sugar-fortified martini glass. Put champagne on top of the cocktail and garnish with cotton candy, lollipops, or any other treat.
Samantha: The Eleventh Celebration
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz of E11EVEN vodka
- 1.5 ounces dry red wine
- 0.5 oz spiced pear drink
- 0.25 oz lemon juice
- 0.25 oz maple syrup
- seltzer and nutmeg on top

- Add all ingredients except carbonated water to a stemless wine glass over ice. Put a layer of carbonated water on top and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a fan of pear and grated nutmeg.
Charlotte: Yard Collins at Doral Yards
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz of E11EVEN vodka
- 0.5 ounce of Bianchi Vermouth
- 0.5 oz of Aperol Abritivo
- 1 ounce of fresh watermelon juice
- 0.25 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 1 small watermelon slice, for garnish
- 1 slice of lemon for garnish

- Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir dry. Then add ice, stir again for 10 seconds and pour into a tall Collins glass. Finally, garnish with watermelon and lemon skewers.
